The page you keep

This is the scorecard we fill in together.

You see it before you book. We write your numbers live in 20 minutes. You leave with the page even if you never hire us. Nothing is sold on this call. A sample 1-pager is below.

Blank scorecard

We fill this live on the call.

Print it if you want a paper copy. We still write yours together.

Where the week goes (write what they say)

  1. Where does the owner’s week actually go?
  2. What still needs a person every time?
  3. What sits — quotes, forms, after-hours messages?
  4. What would pay for itself in about 30 days?
  5. One number they care about (jobs, hours, revenue, no-shows)?
  6. Who answers when the owner cannot?
  7. If they hired one more person tomorrow, what would that person do?
  8. What have they already tried?

Rank the bottlenecks live

  1. Owner in the work Still the system
  2. Follow-up that sits Including missed calls, as an example
  3. Admin that eats the week Reminders, dispatch, inbox

What you keep after 20 minutes

A sample. Your page will use your numbers.

A home-service shop is the industry example so you can see the shape of the page. A furniture floor or an insurance desk should still see themselves in the bottlenecks. Assessment is free. You keep this either way.

Rockwall Partners · what you keep

Example. Not a price list.

Shop: 4-truck home-service company
How they get work: Google + referrals. Owner still answers the phone and chases leftover quotes.

1. Exec summary

Biggest bottleneck: the owner is still the system — answering, quoting, and chasing follow-up that should not need them.

What it costs: they said most of the week is work that is not selling or running jobs. We did not invent a recovery dollar figure. We will count for 14 days if we install.

First install: the bottleneck that would pay for itself fastest. In this shop, that was after-hours and overflow calls sitting while people are out — one example, not a product SKU.

Ask: if it is worth installing, we price it on the call after you have this page. Or keep the page and do nothing.

2. Effort vs impact

  • Time back — owner still doing work a person should not have to do — high impact, low effort — do now
  • Follow-up that sits — quotes / forms / after-hours — high impact — first or second
  • Admin that eats the week — reminders / dispatch — medium — later
  • More output, same people — the point of the first install — month 2 on the same work

3. Tools (recommendation, not a store)

They already run a cell / Housecall Pro / Jobber. We wire the first fix into what they already use. They pay the software at cost. Our fee is the install and the weekly count — priced on the call, not as a public SKU.

4. 4-day start if they say yes

  1. Day 0: access + on-call rules for the bottleneck we circled.
  2. Day 1: copy / routing approved on their brand, or the toggle in the tool they already have.
  3. Day 2–3: we test it. They see it work.
  4. Day 4: live. Weekly count starts.

5. Later, not in the first install

Review ask. Quote follow-up. Voice. Website. Ads. Only after 14 days of real numbers.

6. Dollar ROI

We do not put a made-up dollar figure on a bottleneck. After 14 days you will have a real count of the work that used to need a person, and what came back from it. That is the number.

Assessment is free. You keep this page either way. Clinics: we will do this assessment. We will not install on patient texts or records without a BAA.
